Brielle McArdle

Secretary, Company Director, and Co-Founder

Brielle, a New Jersey native, comes to The Penny Stinkards with a background of varied knowledge.

Brielle has a BA in English with a minor in Journalism from Montclair State University. During her time there, she was a freelance journalist for The Montclarion and Wired Jersey where she published pieces for the news, opinion, politics, and community interest sections. She additionally won the Friedlander Journalism Scholarship. Brielle also has an AA in Music from the County College of Morris. During her time there she was a marching band staff member at her former high school.

In more recent years, Brielle served on the Board of Directors at Dover Little Theatre where she was the Secretary and Director of Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media. Brielle won NJ ACT's 2018 Perry Award for Outstanding Stage Management of a Play for Dover Little Theatre's production of Hamlet. Brielle was also nominated for Perry Awards for Outstanding Sound Design of a Play for Hamlet and Outstanding Sound Design of a Musical for Avenue Q, both at DLT. Brielle has been involved with a few professional and community theatres around New Jersey. She has stage managed a great deal of shows and in conjunction with that could be found backstage doing sound design and operation, set design and construction, lighting design and operation, costume design and construction, and prop work.

Brielle is no stranger to the stage, either. Her favorite roles include Pete/Lendall/Marci/Movement Narrator in Almost, Maine and First Player/Second Gravedigger in Hamlet.
